Description: This dry curry with Potato is an ideal side dish with rice,chappatis or puris.
Preparation Time: 20 mins
Potatoes – 4-5 medium size
Pepper powder – 1 tablespoon
Salt – To taste
Turmeric Powder – ½ teaspoon
Butter – ½ teaspoon
1.Boil the potatoes, remove skin and cut into medium sized squares.
2.Heat the butter in a pan and add the curry leaves and cut potatoes.
3.Saute for sometime and add turmeric powder,pepper powder and salt mix gently and allow to cook on a medium flame.
4.Stir it off and on.
5.Remove from fire after 5 minutes and serve hot.
